The hotel was in the best possible and absolutely perfect location, in the middle of jackson. Also, it was within a 15-minute stroll to Jackpot Baptist Church.

The central location of this venue is fabulous and hard to beat, and it's conveniently situated near a large public park.

We had an incredible experience at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right by the beach, offering stunning ocean views. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping our room clean and tidy. The hotel also had a variety of shops and commercial services available, making it convenient to access everything we needed. The airport shuttle service provided a seamless transfer to and from the hotel, and we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival. The hotel also offered tours and ticket assistance, making it easy for us to explore the area.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The services and amenities provided are top-notch, guaranteeing a pleasant and memorable stay.

The resort is located in a prime spot, with easy access to the beach and stunning ocean views. The rooms are beautifully designed and offer all the amenities you could ask for. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. They even provide an extensive breakfast buffet that caters to all tastes.

The only downside is the lack of variety in the dining options available.

I spent my Christmas at this resort and loved how close it was to the beach. The warm ocean was perfect for swimming and there were plenty of lounge chairs available. The staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations on where to eat in the area. The resort itself was visually stunning and had a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. It was also nice to have access to a gym on-site.

There were only a few scheduled events throughout my stay and the entertainment was lackluster. the food at the restaurant was pricey and not up to my standards.

Location and surrounding area was great, right by the beach and close to many attractions. The resort itself was visually pleasing with a great attention to detail. The staff was hospitable and greeted us nicely. The spa facilities were amazing. Enjoyed the local cuisine and drinks, and the pool was relaxing.

The staff was too insistent on constantly trying to upsell us on more activities and purchases. The prices were fairly steep for what was offered. Additionally, the room was cramped and outdated with little natural light. Some of the amenities were not up to par, such as the gym equipment. it was an underwhelming experience.
